I have visited this establishment twice now, in pursuit of clean smelling pipe tobacco. Alexis and Cristian have reminded me that people can care about their job with such passion, that I won't be shopping elsewhere for these needs.

Cessation from smoking is a very difficult thing to experience. They have proven to treat me and my addiction with care and love. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff before I find a different way to patronize this business.

I was looking for a smoke shop in my area. Fairhaven Smoke Shop came up. Visited both locations great customer service, very clean and classy, huge selection of EVERYTHING. I love this place, will sure be coming again and telling my friends.

Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable and confident about the product. He was very energetic and calming at the same time which really persuaded me to buy my aspire k2 vape. He's great with other customers as well from what I seen. He knows how to make it so it's not overwhelming. Just overall my experience in that shop for the first time was amazing and I will definitely be back and be sending my friends and family that way as well.

When I went in a female took care of me she knew exactly what part I needed to fix my vaporizer box installed it for me free recharge very friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced I will be going back there today as a matter fact I hope she's working again because her and one other man with glasses are very professional and awesome they will work with you or whatever the problem with your device
